100th Day of School Crown Free Printable
A 100th day of school crown is an easy way to make this milestone feel special without a lot of prep.
Kids love having something they can color and wear, and these printable crowns give them a simple way to celebrate reaching day 100.
Youโll find two designs, โ100th Day of Schoolโ and โI Am 100 Days Smarterโ, each with space for coloring, decorating, and writing names. They work well for morning work, quick centers, or a low-key classroom celebration.

100 Days Smarter Crown
These free 100th day of school printables are designed so kids can jump straight into decorating without extra explanation.
The text is large and easy to read, and the shapes are simple enough for early cutters to manage on their own.
Most teachers use this as a quick warm-up or station activity because it doesnโt require modeling once students know how to cut along bold lines.

The name box is intentionally placed at the bottom so it stays visible even after the crown is fitted. It also gives kids one more short writing task connected to the dayโs theme.
Headband Extender Templates
The extenders are plain on purpose. They give you flexibility, leave them simple if time is tight, or let kids turn them into patterned borders, โ100 tally marks,โ or color stripes to match school colors.
They attach cleanly with staples or tape, and overlapping them is enough to size the crown for any student.

How to use
Most teachers print the crown pages on regular paper, set out crayons or markers, and let students decorate before cutting.

Cardstock works too if you want the crowns to last longer. Once the crown and extenders are cut, attach the sides, wrap to fit, and staple or tape closed.

If you want to extend the activity, pair it with a quick 100th-day center, color-by-number, tally-mark counting, or a โ100 things I know nowโ prompt. The crown fits easily into any rotation without slowing the day down.

Our Favorite 100th Day of School Books
I like pairing the crown activity with a quick read-aloud, especially something that helps kids make sense of the โ100โ theme in a fun way. These three always go over well:
The Night Before the 100th Day of School – The rhythm and excitement make it an easy warm-up, and kids love guessing what everyone will bring for their โ100 things.โ
100th Day Worries – A sweet story that always gets students talking about what they might bring. Itโs great for calming the kids who are anxious about choosing the โrightโ item.
Miss Bindergarten Celebrates the 100th Day of Kindergarten – Light, quick, and perfect for younger grades. The class scenes match exactly how busy the day can feel.

More 100 Days of School Activities
If you want something students can do right after finishing their crowns, the 100th day of school color by number pages make an easy transition and keep everyone settled.
Our 100 days of school printable writing prompts also work well later in the day when kids are ready for a quieter activity and a bit of reflection.
And if youโre planning ahead, the 100th Day of School Time Calculator is a quick way to check exactly when your class will hit day 100.
