Free Easter Bookmarks Printable (6 Cute Designs to Color)
Every year around Easter, I like to leave a simple craft on the kitchen table that doesnโt require glue guns, complicated prep, or a full afternoon commitment. These Easter bookmarks printable pages have quietly become one of those little traditions in our house.
Theyโre easy to print, simple to color, and actually useful once theyโre finished, especially if your kids are working their way through a stack of spring reads.
If youโre looking for a low-prep Easter activity that still encourages reading, these printable bookmarks are an easy win.

Whatโs Included in the Easter Bookmark Printable
These free printable bookmarks to color have quietly become one of our simple spring traditions.
My son always picks his favorite design and settles in to color while Iโm busy with Easter prep. Itโs one of those small activities that keeps him happily focused without much direction from me, and he actually uses them afterward in whatever book heโs reading at the time.
Youโll get six different Easter-themed designs, with three bookmarks per page, each measuring 2.5 x 8.5 inches. The set includes bunnies, decorated eggs, a unicorn, and spring florals, all drawn with clean outlines that are easy for kids to color.

We usually print ours on cardstock so theyโre sturdy enough for everyday reading, and if we want them to last past the holiday, we laminate them.
Theyโre simple, practical, and genuinely useful, which makes them one of my favorite low-prep additions to Easter week.

How We Use These Easter Bookmarks
These coloring bookmarks usually come out the week before Easter when I need something simple that still feels intentional.
I print a full sheet and leave it on the table with colored pencils while Iโm getting things ready. It takes about 10โ15 minutes to color one, which makes it perfect for a short quiet break without turning into a full craft project.
Weโve used them a few different ways:
- Slipped into Easter baskets with a new book
- Added to spring break reading stacks as a small reward
- Sent in the mail to cousins with a handwritten note
- Used as early-finisher activities during reading time
If youโre using them in a classroom, they work well in literacy centers, as a calm-down activity after recess, or as something meaningful for students who finish their work early. Printing on cardstock and pre-cutting them ahead of time makes classroom use much easier.
Theyโre simple, but thatโs part of the appeal. During a busy holiday week, having something low-prep that still encourages reading feels like a win.

More Free Easter Printables
If these Easter bookmarks printable pages are a hit, there are a few other simple activities we bring out during the same week.
Try out our Easter writing prompts to spark some creative stories or poems, these have been a great way to sneak in a little learning while still feeling festive.
We also have a fun Easter word search and a vocabulary unscramble worksheet, both are simple print-and-go options that work well for quiet time or morning work.
And if you’re setting the table for Easter brunch, our printable Easter placemats double as coloring pages to keep little hands busy.
Add a Book to Go With It
One of my favorite ways to use these Easter printable bookmarks is to pair them with a new spring book. It turns a simple coloring activity into something that actually gets used.
Here are three Easter books that work especially well:
How to Catch the Easter Bunny โ This one is always fun. Itโs fast-paced, silly, and perfect for younger elementary kids who love a bit of chaos and clever traps.
The Berenstain Bears and the Easter Story โ A gentle, faith-based option that focuses on the meaning of Easter while still being accessible for younger readers.
Pete the Cat: Big Easter Adventure โ Bright, upbeat, and easy to read, this one works well for early readers who like familiar characters.
Slip the finished bookmark inside one of these, and it instantly feels like a thoughtful little Easter gift instead of just a craft.
