Clare’s Story

I’m Clare Brown, and I started Homeschool of 1 in 2021 after homeschooling my son, Freddie, for several years. What began as a personal journey turned into a full-time mission to share creative learning resources with other families.

Our homeschool adventure began back in the UK when Freddie needed a different approach to education. We embraced homeschooling, and it was the best decision we ever made.

In 2018, we moved to South Florida, where I continued homeschooling while building my first blog.

We recently settled in North Alabama, and although Freddie is now 15 and in high school, my passion for education and creative resources hasn’t changed.
