Free Birthday Bingo Printable Game for Kids
Birthday bingo printable games have been a lifesaver at our parties.
They’re quick to set up, get kids laughing, and work for just about any group size.
When my son was younger, we always pulled this game out at his birthday celebrations because it gave the kids something fun to do while we got food and cake ready.
The best part is how little prep it takes, just print the free printable bingo cards, grab some markers, and you’re ready to go.
Whether it’s a classroom party or a family get-together, bingo keeps everyone entertained without a lot of work.

Birthday Celebration Bingo Game
Celebrate in style with this birthday bingo, a colorful activity that works just as well for a classroom party as it does for a celebration at home.
The set includes five unique bingo cards (each with a 5×5 grid) plus a calling card filled with classic birthday images like balloons, cakes, and party hats.
Setting Up the Game
Getting started is simple. Print the 6-page file, use color if you want a bright party look, or black and white if you’d rather save ink.
For sturdier cards, I recommend printing on cardstock, especially if you think you’ll use them more than once. Laminating is another good option, it’s saved us plenty of reprints.
- Pages 1–5: Bingo cards with different birthday-themed pictures
- Page 6: Picture tiles for the caller, just cut, shuffle, and you’re ready to play.

How to Play Birthday Picture Bingo
Each player gets a card from the birthday bingo printable set. If you have more than five players, some kids may end up with the same card, that’s totally fine and still fun, especially for younger players.
Choose a caller to draw and announce the images one at a time. Players mark their cards using whatever you have on hand, stickers, coins, candy, or even buttons. The first person to complete a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) calls out “Bingo!” and wins.
Once you’ve checked the winner, just reset and play again. To keep kids interested, you can add variations like blackout (filling the whole card) or four corners.

Where to Use It
- Classroom parties: Quick prep, minimal supplies, and kids can jump right in.
- Birthday celebrations at home: Perfect to keep kids busy while the cake is being cut.
- Rainy day fun: Great boredom-buster with almost no setup.
- Family game night: An easy way to include everyone, from preschoolers to grandparents.
We’ve used this at more than one birthday party, and it always gets the kids laughing and competing in the best way.
