Spring Handprint Art (4 free templates)
Let’s hop our way into spring with our 4 free spring handprint art templates.
This is such a lovely way to get messy with the kids while creating happy memories.

Handprint Craft for Spring
You probably have all of the supplies to make these fun little Spring handprint art creations.
Supplies needed:
- cardstock
- washable paints (these are the ones we use for all of our handprint crafts)
- paintbrush
- Wipes!! It helps to have these handy so you don’t make a complete mess of your table!
Directions:
Print out the templates below, they will print out on four full pages. They will print in portrait on 8.5″ x 11″ paper, so make sure to check the printer settings.
You can of course print this on normal printer paper, but with all of our crafts, they always look better on cardstock.
Fingerprint Spring Handprint Art
The first Spring handprint art is one for all ages. Paint your child’s fingers with different colors and create this beautiful flower. All the flowers of all the tomorrows are in the seeds of today. The template will look like this:
Grab the supplies above and get creating!
Let the kids decide what color fingerprints they want to use. We opted for a mixture of different colors, but you could choose whatever colors you want.
Use a small paintbrush to add a thin layer of paint to their fingerprints. Make sure you have the wipes handy!!
Cover their fingertips with paint and place them on top of each of the stalks. Press down all along their fingers to make sure the fingerprints transfer fully.
Pull the child’s hand up carefully making sure you don’t smudge them.
Spring Time Handprint Art
The next Spring handprint art is super cute. The template will look like this:
Grab the supplies above and get creating!
Let the kids decide what color handprint they want to use. We opted for yellow but you could use any color you wanted.
Use a small paintbrush to add a thin layer of paint to their hands. Make sure you have the wipes handy!!
Cover their hand with paint and place their hand on top of the stem. Press down all along their hands to make sure the handprint transfers fully.
Pull the child’s hand up carefully making sure you don’t smudge the handprint.

Hello Spring Handprint
I just love this Hello Spring handprint art, and it will look like this:

Use a small paintbrush to add a thin layer of paint to their hand. Make sure you have the wipes handy!!
Cover their hand with paint and place their hand on top of the stem. Press down all along their hands to make sure the handprint transfers fully.
Pull the child’s hand up carefully making sure you don’t smudge the handprint.
Flowers Handprint Template
The final Spring handprint art is this beautiful flower bouquet, and it will look like this:
