How to Make the Printable Headbands

The headbands are simple to put together, and most only need a few basic supplies. I normally print them on white cardstock so they’re a little sturdier, although regular printer paper works too.

  • Print the crown design and extender strips.
  • Let the kids color and decorate their chosen design.
  • Cut around the crown and the extender strips.
  • Attach an extender to each side with glue or tape.
  • Wrap it around the child’s head to check the fit, then secure the strips together.
  • Trim off any excess paper if needed.

For younger kids, I’d cut the pieces out beforehand and leave the coloring and decorating to them.
