What You’ll Need

• Cardstock (recommended for best results)

Instructions

Print the template on cardstock or regular paper.

Help your child pick a paint color—we usually go with green, but any color works.

Use a brush to lightly coat their hand with paint.

Guide their hand onto the page with fingers pointing downward and the palm just beside the dinosaur’s neck.

Press gently to transfer the full handprint, then lift slowly to avoid smudges.

Let the paint dry fully. Once dry, kids can color in the letter D and the dinosaur neck to finish the project.
