Free Father’s Day Bingo Printable for Kids
Father’s Day bingo has become a bit of a tradition in our house.
It started with a last-minute idea to keep everyone entertained while waiting for the grill—and now we play it every year.
My son loves being the caller (he gets way too into it), and somehow Grandpa always wins.
This printable Father’s Day bingo game includes five unique boards and a calling card, all with fun dad-themed images like ties, mugs, and trophies.
It’s simple, fun, and works for any kind of gathering—from a backyard BBQ to a classroom celebration.

How We Set Up Father’s Day Bingo
Before the bingo fun starts, we make sure everything’s ready to go—otherwise, it turns into chaos fast (especially with cousins involved).
We always print out the cards a day or two ahead, and if you want clean edges on your calling cards, a paper cutter makes things a lot quicker. I’ve also done it with scissors while watching TV, but it’s a little less precise—still works though!
For markers, we like to get creative. We’ve used Lego bricks, puzzle pieces, chocolate chips (which disappear halfway through), and even little cut-out pictures of Dad’s favorite things—like coffee mugs or basketballs. It’s silly, but that’s part of the fun.
You’ll need something to pull the calling cards from. We use a leftover Halloween cauldron because it somehow became our “official” game prop, but a bowl or even a hat works just fine.
How We Play Father’s Day Bingo
This game’s become a yearly staple—sometimes we play it once, sometimes three or four times, depending on who’s around and how competitive everyone gets.
Start by printing the five unique bingo card printables and the set of calling cards. If you’ve got more than five players, just print extras—duplicates are fine, but watch out for simultaneous winners!
Each player gets a card and some sort of marker. Our center square is a free space, which always gets a little doodle or sticker from the kids before we begin.
Pick someone to be the caller (my son insists on this role). They draw one calling card at a time and announce what’s on it—“Trophy!” or “Grill!”—and everyone checks their board and covers the matching square if they have it.
The first person to get five in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) shouts “Bingo!” and we pause to check the board. If it’s legit, they win! We’ve had a few tie games when multiple people play the same board, but that just means more winners and more laughs.

Father’s Day Books for Kids
After our bingo game (and usually some burgers), we like to wind down with a good story. These Father’s Day books have been favorites in our house—some silly, some sweet, all perfect for reading with Dad.
- How to Catch a Daddysaurus. This one had us laughing from page one. It’s full of playful rhymes and dinosaur chaos—my son insisted on reading it three times in a row last year.
- The Night Before Father’s Day. A fun twist on a classic. We usually read this one the night before, and it sets a nice tone for the next day’s celebration.
- Dad and Me Setting Farts Free. Definitely not serious, but absolutely hilarious. If your kids love potty humor (mine sure does), this one will be a hit. We’ve made it a bit of a tradition to read it together and laugh until we cry.
