Space Matching Game
This planets matching game is a fun, low-prep activity that’s ready in minutes. Print two copies of the memory game printable, cut out the cards, and kids can start matching colorful space-themed pictures while building memory, concentration, and visual discrimination skills.
It’s perfect for preschool, kindergarten, homeschool, classroom centers, or rainy-day fun.

How to Play
Print two copies of the game on cardstock for the best results, then cut out all 24 cards to create 12 matching pairs.
If you’re printing on regular paper, glue the cards onto cardstock or cardboard so they hold up better. Decorating the blank backs with crayons or markers is also a fun extra activity, and it helps hide the pictures if you’re using thinner paper.

Players take turns flipping over two cards. If they find a matching pair, they keep the cards and take another turn. If not, they turn them back over and play passes to the next person. Continue until all the pairs have been found, and the player with the most matches wins.

For younger children, arrange the cards in neat rows to make them easier to remember. Older kids can spread the cards out for a more challenging space memory game.
Never Run Out of Matching Games
