Tips for Playing Scattergories with Younger Kids

When playing Scattergories with younger children, keep things relaxed and collaborative. Skip the timer or extend it to give them time to think, we usually play without one.

Try pairing a younger child with an older sibling or parent so they can come up with ideas together.

And if theyโ€™re struggling to think of a word that starts with the letter, let them use one that simply includes it instead. The goal is to keep it fun and build confidence, not competition.
