The first coloring page is of course Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s birth. He was born on January 30th, 1882 in Hyde Park, New York.
He studied at Harvard University and went to Columbia Law School.

Franklin Roosevelt married his fifth cousin, Anna Eleanor Roosevelt on March 17, 1905. She was the niece of Theodore Roosevelt. This who was Franklin Roosevelt book is a great book for kids to learn even more about him.
In August 1921 he was paralyzed as he contracted polio.
On November 6, 1928, he became the governor of New York. He was elected the 32nd President of the United States on November 8, 1932.
In March 1933, Franklin D. Roosevelt signed the New Deal to help with the Great Depression. I highly recommend getting the What was the Great Depression book to teach children more about it.
In Franklin D. Roosevelt’s third term in office, he declared war on Japan on December 7, 1941, during WWII (September 1, 1939 – September 2, 1945). This book on 500 history facts about World War II is a great book the kids will enjoy.
On November 7, 1944, Franklin D. Roosevelt wins his fourth presidential election. He is the longest-serving President of the United States and is the only President to serve more than two terms.
Franklin D. Roosevelt died on April 12, 1945, at the age of 63. He was at his home called the Little White House in Warm Springs, Georgia.
U.S.S. Franklin D. Roosevelt was the first aircraft carrier of the United States Navy to be named in honor of a President of the United States.
