Free Printable Halloween Cards to Color

Every October, we like to slow things down with a creative activity that still feels festive.

These printable Halloween cards to color have been one of our favorite go-to options, simple, fun, and perfect for sharing with friends or family.

My son loves picking out his favorite design, adding his own colors, and writing a little message inside.

It’s a great way to mix art, writing, and a bit of Halloween spirit without needing anything fancy.

Whether you’re using them at home or in the classroom, these cards are a thoughtful and low-prep way to make someone smile this season.

Halloween Coloring Cards

These printable coloring cards are a fun and creative way for kids to share spooky messages with friends and family.

With designs featuring witches, wizards, skeletons, zombies, and more, each card offers a festive coloring activity that doubles as a keepsake.

How to Use the Halloween Cards

Print the set on cardstock for best results, this helps the cards hold up better after coloring. Regular printer paper works too, but cardstock gives a sturdier, more “card-like” finish.

There are eight unique card designs, each on its own page. Inside, they’re blank so kids can write their own message. The backs include fun Halloween phrases like:

  • Happy Halloween
  • Witch, please
  • Stay spooky
  • Boo to you
A set of black-and-white Halloween-themed card designs, shown against an orange background. Each card features festive phrases in stylized lettering, including “Happy Halloween” with pumpkins and bats, “Witch Please” with a witch hat, “Stay Spooky” with dripping letters, “Boo to You” with ghosts and bats, and several variations of “Happy Halloween” accented with spiders, webs, and bats. These are likely the backs of printable Halloween coloring cards.

Once printed, just fold and color! These cards fit perfectly into A9 envelopes if you’d like to mail them or tuck them into treat bags. They’re ideal for Halloween parties, classroom crafts, or sending spooky greetings to grandparents and friends.

Each card is blank inside so you can write your own spooky message.
