Super Bowl Word Scramble Printable (easy & hard versions)

The men in my house love football so I wanted to create a fun Super Bowl word scramble printable they could play together. We love good competition in our house!

We have created an easier and harder version of this Super Bowl word scramble, perfect for upper elementary and middle school kids. Plus great for parents to play too!

This can of course be played year-round, however, even better still why not play it on the afternoon of the Super Bowl? It will be on Sunday, February 11th, 2024.

These free word scramble printables are perfect for a Super Bowl party or for kids interested in football.

There are 12 fun football words to unscramble and to help out I have included the answers in the download.

Unscramble the Football Words

This football word scramble is a great game for elementary and middle school-aged kids. I have added two versions of the word game. One has no clues at all, and one has the actual words around the side of the puzzle to make it easier for younger kids.

Print off as many copies as you need and just have fun. Let me know in the comments what your hardest word was.

We also love playing mad libs all year round, but this sports mad libs book is another great fun activity to keep them entertained.

The first sheet is the easiest word scramble. They all have 12 words to find, but this version below has the answers written in black around the sides. This will make it much easier for younger children.

The second word scramble is much harder. There are no answers at all, so the children have to try and unscramble the words. The only clue is, all of the words are related to football!
