Summer scavenger hunt ideas have become one of my favorite boredom busters during school breaks.

Whenever the kids start running out of things to do, a scavenger hunt is usually enough to get everyone outside and exploring again. We’ve used them everywhere from beaches and campgrounds to museums, zoos, and our own backyard.
